Camp Instructors

Michele Curcio – Head Track & Field Coach at Lafayette College. Recently selected as the women’s throws coach for the Team USA in the 2019 Europe vs USA Match. An expert in throwing event techniques and training. 2010 Team USA U-23 throws coach.

Barry Krammes  – The Javelin Factory coach providing instruction to throwers of all levels at a private facility in the Pottsville, PA area. Personal record of 259’1″ in the javelin. Now officially in retirement, he is becoming one of the leading educators of javelin throwing, being one of the principal coaches in the NSAF Project Javelin Gold program. An Olympic Trials contestant in 2008 & 2012, he was also a Division 2 All-American.

Ryan Yurchick – ECTC co-founder and coach; most recently the Lehigh University throws coach where he coached a shot putter to a 10th place finish at the 2017 NCAA Division I National Championships; coach of 2016 Massachusetts All-State female javelin champion and male runner-up; coach of multiple NCAA and high school national qualifiers in all of the throwing events

Chad Yurchick – ECTC co-founder, coach of 2019 PIAA AA Girls Javelin Champion; coach of 2012 New Balance Outdoor National javelin champion, recent javelin thrower PRs of 212′ for males and 144′ for multiple females, NCAA national qualifier in hammer and weight throws, 2x Pennsylvania state discus champion (back in the day)

Various collegiate & post-collegiate throwers will be assisting with instruction and available for Q&A as well.
