Each session will be devoted to teaching the best proven effective approaches to technique and training. We will provide you with a better understanding of the technique for the events by taking you through all phases of the throw and introduce you to the drills, exercises, and training necessary to help you prepare as you move through the indoor season and/or get an early start on the outdoor season.

All sessions will be held indoors, where we will throw into curtains/nets.
Please bring your own indoor implements if you are able. We will provide as many as we can.
We recommend bringing a light lunch if staying for multiple sessions. We will have some snack options available.
Clinic Schedule
8:00a – 10:00a Shot Put Technique/Training
10:30a – 12:30p Discus Throw Technique/Training
1:00p – 3:00p Javelin Throw Technique/Training
Please arrive and check in 30 minutes prior to the start of your session
Ryan Yurchick will once again lead instruction for what hopes to be another outstanding clinic focused on addressing the proper movements and techniques for the throwing events.
Guest instructors will include current & former NCAA coaches & athletes
